1:144 Scale Replica of the Maitland-Smith Dollhouse

I had been eyeing the 1:144 scale Pickering Dollhouse by JBM Miniatures of Australia. Right now the house seems to be out of stock on their own website, but I have seen a few being sold on eBay for around $150 to $175. The Walnut one shown below looks so much like my Maitland-Smith dollhouse (photos collected from MiniatureCrush on eBay).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also found some cheaper reproductions of this house, but if you look at where the door should be, you will see they have windows there as well: there are no doors!

I finally found the perfect version of this house on the website of MiniLand, Canada. It was at a lower price-point around $95 which I loved. I did buy the unfinished version of the dollhouse since my full scale dollhouse does not have chimneys and I want to cut off the chimneys of the 1:144 scale dollhouse before staining it myself.
